At Raaya Apparel, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Involve one of the following issues:
• Wrong size received (e.g. ordered S, received M).
• Measurement differs significantly from the size chart (±1 inch tolerance allowed).
• Wrong color received based on order details (please note color may slightly differ due to lighting).
1.2 Items not eligible for return:
• Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Accessories such as Raaya buttons.

2. Return & Exchange Process (Online Purchases)
2.1 Walk-In Only (For Online Orders)
For purchases made online, all return and exchange requests must be done via walk-in at our physical store within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2.2 Postage (Company Error Only)
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, wrong size sent, defective or damaged item), we will facilitate the return via postage at no additional cost to you.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

3. Exchange Policy
3.1 Exchanges are only available for different sizes, subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, no cash refund or store credit will be provided.
3.2 Exchanges for online purchases must be done via walk-in only, unless the issue is due to our error.

4. Refunds
4.1 Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
4.2 Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange for:
• Replacement,
• Exchange, or
• Full refund
Postage costs will be borne by Raaya Apparel in such cases.

6. Store Credit
• Store credit may be offered in certain cases and does not expire.
• Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Check your bank account.
