2.3 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We offer domestic shipping options only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

4.2 Raaya Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, or other unforeseen factors.

4.3 Once an order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure its delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

5.2 Sale items, or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5.3 To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@raaya.my with your order number and reason for the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
